PLEASE NOTE:  this device has a 9 pin serial connection (see image below) -- not a USB nor a 3.5 mm typical switch jack.  Use the 5-function switch with a switch adapter that has a 9 pin serial connector.  We recommend the .0 . 

Using with a serial to USB adapter will not work with most contemporary operating systems and is not supported.
